Scope and operator
Offers From China is a B2B marketplace and lead-generation platform operated by AYA DIGITAL LLC. It offers sourcing information, directories and request handling that connect buyers with suppliers, factories and trade service providers. It does not offer checkout for goods, confirmed bookings or escrow.
Direct transactions between buyers and suppliers
Buyers and suppliers negotiate, sign contracts, pay for goods, arrange shipping and settle their transactions directly with each other, outside the platform. Offers From China is not a party to those contracts and does not collect, process or hold payments for goods, supplier invoices or shipping charges. Never send payment for goods to Offers From China.
Platform fees
The platform earns revenue only from fees paid by companies, billed separately from any trade transaction: (1) a commission owed by the company on qualifying transactions referred through the platform, at the rate shown on the pricing page unless agreed otherwise in writing; (2) advertising fees, where offered; and (3) optional company membership subscriptions. Commissions are recorded after the deal is verified and are invoiced to the company that owes them.
Your responsibilities
Submit accurate information and only content you are entitled to share. Do not submit illegal goods, counterfeit products, confidential third-party records or malicious links. Confirm suppliers, contracts and import requirements independently.
Transactions and policy changes
A saved request is not a purchase contract or a guarantee of a quote. Any future paid service requires separate disclosed terms. New policy editions will carry a new version; historical RFQ acceptance remains linked to its accepted edition. Governing law and dispute jurisdiction require legal review before launch.

Earlier policy editions are archived unchanged. Each RFQ acceptance remains linked to the edition accepted at submission.
