Who we are and scope
offersfromchina.com is operated by AYA DIGITAL LLC. It is a B2B information and request platform that helps buyers find information about suppliers, factories, shipping providers and trade services. This policy explains what information the site actually handles. Contact: contact@offersfromchina.com.
Personal and business information we collect
Forms collect your name and email, and optionally phone, company and country. Shipping and import enquiries collect cargo, route and product details you enter. Contact and deletion requests store your message, name, email and optional request reference. We do not ask for identity documents or payment card numbers on this site.
Account information
If you create an account, we store your email address, a securely handled password credential managed by our authentication provider, email-confirmation status and sign-in times. If you subscribe to a paid plan, subscription status and a billing customer reference are stored; card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and are not stored by us. Administrator actions are recorded in an internal audit log.
RFQ submissions
A Request for Quotation stores the product, specifications, quantity, target date, destination, optional reference link and your contact details. Each RFQ receives a unique reference and server time, plus the accepted terms/privacy versions and consent language. File attachments are not currently accepted. RFQs are reviewed manually and are not automatically sent to suppliers.
Buyer and supplier communications
The site does not currently provide in-platform messaging between buyers and suppliers. The factory-message and specification-review assistants generate advisory drafts from the text you enter; this text is sent to an AI service to produce the draft and is not saved by us. Any future sharing of your request with a supplier will be disclosed and, where required, require your separate consent.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
Your browser stores your language choice and saved trade fairs locally. Signing in uses necessary session storage. Our hosting provider may set necessary security cookies and keep technical connection and error records. We do not intentionally use advertising or cross-site marketing trackers. Any aggregate visitor analytics provided by hosting is used only to understand site usage. See the Cookies page for details.
How we use information
We use information to handle your requests and enquiries, show request status when you track with your reference and email, operate accounts and subscriptions, respond to support and deletion requests, and protect the site against misuse. Accepting this policy is not consent to marketing.
Data sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Requests are not automatically shared with suppliers, factories, shipping providers or sister websites. Information is processed by service providers that run the site: Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), Stripe (subscription payments, if you subscribe) and an AI service via Lovable AI (only for content you choose to submit to AI tools). We may disclose information where required by law. Provider locations and cross-border transfer safeguards are still under review.
Data security
Connections use HTTPS. Database access rules prevent visitors from reading request tables, and administrative functions check permissions on the server. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not claim any security certification.
Data retention
Requests, messages and account records are kept while needed to handle them and operate the service, or until a verified deletion request is completed, unless the law requires longer retention. Specific retention periods and backup deletion timelines have not yet been finalised.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your information, or to withdraw consent. Submit requests through the Data deletion page or contact@offersfromchina.com from the email linked to your request. We verify ownership manually before acting; deletion is not immediate. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Children and policy changes
The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Policy updates will carry a new edition and date; RFQ acceptance stays linked to the edition you accepted.
Policy versions
Earlier policy editions are archived unchanged. Each RFQ acceptance remains linked to the edition accepted at submission.
